SOURCE 1 Metal Treatments, L.L.C. is the place for products from AMERIFORM®, to X-TREME®. We offer versions of these products to our process wash detergent, AMERIKLEEN 716. But what makes our Company unique is its people and their ability to come to your plant and offer you advice on issues ranging from dies (we have several die-makers on staff) to parts washing. We can follow your parts from the steel mill to the part going on for final assembly and help you recognize cost savings and productivity increase opportunities.

We have representation in Canada, as well as through the mid-west. Some of our people are listed below:

David Stork:

David is the founder of our company and the patent-holder on AMERIFORM®. David started his career with a Big 3 company holding a wide range of positions, many of them managing stamping operations. In 1987, David took an early retirement to start work on a product that he felt could handle all the issues he faced in stamping operations. This product became AMERIFORM®. He began marketing this product in the early 1990's, within the auto industry's supplier base. He also branched out to non-automotive industries in 1995. Submitting his product to ACT Laboratories for their Auto/Steel Alliance's Body-In-White testing, AMERIFORM® passed all the tests (from forming, adhesion, weld ability, washing, E-coat compatibility, etc.). Now, we are fast becoming a major factor in the auto industry family of suppliers.

Nicole Gifford:

Nicole is the operations manager and deals with technical issues. She has been an information systems professoinal for ten years.

 

These are but some of the people eager to help you find improvements through use of AMERIFORM® in your plant which allows us to help you with a wide range of opportunities which we will discuss later.

Now, we are able to offer the industry a range of products for most operations and if need be, we can respond through a wide staff of R&D chemists.

We also can talk with you about our LUBES MANAGEMENT TEAM. This Team will be able to work directly with you and for you, to help manage your operational issues and to bring about the cost-savings opportunities we know are out there with the use of AMERIFORM®. Our LUBES MANAGEMENT TEAM will help you develop the base-line cost structure to measure operational cost reductions and productivity improvements.

And finally, we bring to bear, our network of coil coaters. This professional group of business partners gives you, the customer, their customer-driven attention to detail. We are able to offer you geographical advantages, as well as the extra services our coil coaters offer from slitting to plastic protective wraps.
